If you are not happy with your order, changed your mind or want to exchange your product, simply return it to us within 100 days of the order date and we will either exhange or refund it. It's as simple as that.
Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of your return for us to process the return and issue your exchange or refund.
Return Requirements
To return or exchange your item, the item must be:
- In its original packaging
- Unused
- Sent back to us within 100 days
In order for us to process your return it is important that you complete and include the returns form.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless the item has been deemed to be faulty.
